I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, highlighted by impressive views and excellent customer service. The lobby on the 70th floor was a unique touch, offering breathtaking scenery. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the rough towels were a surprise for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, I would gladly return for another stay, especially for the facilities and the memorable rooftop bar atmosphere.
